Isabel Myers et Katherine Briggs avec le MBTI

In the attempt to create efficient teams during the Second World War, Isabel Myers and Katherine Briggs conceived the MBTI, a psychological type indicator that has become widely used. It is also one of our resources.

This psychological type indicator (Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator) is based on the observations of Jung. It enables those giving and making the retreat to discover their different psychological types. As a result, they become aware of their respective strengths and weaknesses.

This helps us to discover that we need one another if we are to perceive things correctly in all of their complexity.

There are different versions of the MBTI on the web.
