A formation given by ESDAC

18-27 April 2017 in Roma in English

For those who have experience in facilitating groups : youth groups, couples, communities, religious congregations, teams, parishes, schools...

Instruction content

How to help a group to:

  • enter into inner life and dialogue
  • review its history: discover the grace at work in it, and areas of resistance that hold it back.
  • name its identity, its vocation and its mission
  • put into practice the discernment of spirits
  • celebrate mercy and reconciliation
  • formulate its dreams and desires for the future, calls and how to respond to them.

The teaching method used is interactive. It is designed to enable participants themselves to live the experience that they wish to transmit to others. A significant amount of time is given to prayer, sharing and practical examples. This content is complemented by more theoretical presentations. The formation programme is led by several members of the ESDAC team who draw upon their own well-distilled experience.

After this formation, you are invited to animate some groups with a member of the ESDAC team.
